First Baptist Church Pigeon Forge is seeking an energetic and family-focused Worship/Family Pastor to serve as an Associate Pastor. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader who desires to grow in ministry while helping lead a multigenerational congregation.

This pastor will:

• Lead weekly worship services and direct the choir.

• Assist the Lead Pastor in strengthening discipleship and Bible study ministries.

• Help cultivate relationships within the church and in our unique Smoky Mountain community.

• The goal is to create a multigenerational congregation in the Smoky Mountain region. We are a welcoming church with a heart for the Great Commission and a desire to grow as a healthy, gospel-centered body. Our congregation values both tradition and thoughtful growth.

• Affirms and supports Southern Baptist doctrine and mission.

• Is relational, teachable, and team-oriented.

• Demonstrates strong musical and leadership skills.
